Summary

The law regulates the protection and precaution in view of adverse effects of non-ionizing radiation caused by the application of non-ionizing radiation on humans. It is valid for the use of medical equipment emitting non-ionizing radiation in medicine and dentistry and beyond medical application, if this equipment have a commercial purpose.
