Summary

The guideline is applies for new electrical overhead power lines with nominal voltage in the grid exceeding AC 1 kV and nominal frequencies below 100 Hz. It is also valid for overhead power lines with plastic-covered wires and for power lines with nominal voltage exceeding AC 1 kV up to AC 45 kV with nominal frequencies of 100 Hz. It comprises the general requirements and common specifications.
