The law implements the requirements of the European Directive 2014/30/EU. The aim of the law is a legal framework for an acceptable coexistence of the growing diversity of electrical equipment. It is valid for all electrical equipment (electrical appliances and fixed installations) which can cause electromagnetic disturbance or may be affected by it.
