n-back task

Neurophysiology. Assessment of working memory. Participant attends to a series of sequentially presented letters and responds to a letter if the current letter was the same as the letter presented 2 letters (2-back task) or 3 letters (3-back task) before. Performance measured through response time and number of correct responses.
