Setup The EMF was directed to the back of the head by a special antenna. The subject and the EEG machine were shielded from the devices used.
Additional info Two experiments (with EMF exposure or sham exposure) of 60 min duration each were performed in random order with each subject with one week between them.

Main outcome of study (acc. to author)

The data indicate that bioelectrical human brain activity is modified under electromagnetic field cellular phone exposure. A significant increase of global correlation dimension during the exposure and afterexposure period was discovered (more pronounced in the case of "eyes closed"). That can be viewed as the manifestation of cortex activation under cellular phone exposure.
