A meta-analysis was performed to evaluate whether mobile phone use is associated with an increased risk of parotid gland tumor.

Statistical analysis method:

An association between mobile phone use and the risk for parotid gland tumor was observed (OR 1.28, CI 1.09–1.51). Results of the meta-analysis should be read with caution due to the limited number of studies available and their retrospective design.
