Study type: Medical/biological study (experimental study, observational study)

Occupational exposure to high frequency electromagnetic fields and its effect on human immune parameters med./bio.

Published in: Int J Occup Med Environ Health 1999; 12 (3): 239-251

Aim of study (acc. to author)

The study was performed on blood samples of physiotherapists to investigate a possible effect of long-term high frequency exposure (emitted by therapeutic diathermy devices used for medical treatment) on immune parameters, in particular leucocyte subpopulations and the reactivity of T cells.
