Influence of ELF sinusoidal electromagnetic fields on proliferation and metabolite yield of fungi med./bio.

Published in: Electromagn Biol Med 2006; 25 (1): 71-77

Aim of study (acc. to author)

This study was performed to determine the influence of extremely low frequency sinusoidal electromagnetic field on the proliferation and metabolism of 12 fungi.

Main outcome of study (acc. to author)

Each strain showed its own specific proliferation and metabolism pattern for amplitude and exposure duration applied. The response of all strains to the different magnetic flux densities were quite variable.
Data for metabolism measurement were not given.
