[タイセイ(植物名)の酵素活性およびバイオフォトン放出に対するマイクロ波とHe-Neレーザの影響] med./bio.

Effect of microwave and He-Ne laser on enzyme activity and biophoton emission of Isatis indigotica Fort

J Integrat Plant Biol 2005; 47 (7): 849-855

The enzyme activities of amylase, transaminase and proteinase of the cotyledon pretreated by microwave were significantly increased compared to the control group and to the laser group. After laser and microwave pretreatment, the intensity of biophoton emission was enhanced by 74% and 99%. The intensity of biophoton emission was stronger from seedlings than from seeds.
These changes suggest that laser and microwave pretreatment can improve the inner energy of seeds, lead to an enhancement of cotyledon enzymes, and speed up the metabolism of the cell, resulting in significantly increased biophoton emission.
