To study the effects of electromagnetic fields emitted by cellular phones on human electroencephalogram during an auditory memory task.
19 healthy subjects (10 female, 9 male) participated.
A gender specific influence should be investigated.

Without irradiation the power spectrum of males was greater than that of females.
Under the influence of electromagnetic field the power spectrum of the males EEG was decreased while that of the females was increased.
