A significant decrease in acetylcholinesterase activity was observed in exposed animals as compared to the control. Decrease in acetylcholinesterase activity was independent of carrier wave frequencies. A short-term irradiation did not have any significant effect on the enzyme activity of acetylcholinesterase.
